Emilie practices mainly in the area of family law. She is fluent in French and has experience assisting Francophone clients. Emilie has experience assisting clients with divorces involving farms and businesses. She has also developed knowledge and expertise with parenting disputes and litigation.
Emilie has broad family law litigation experience, having run various Court hearings, including multiple family law trials in the Court of Justice (formerly the Provincial Court) and the Court of King’s Bench. She also has experience representing clients in legally binding dispute resolution processes.
Emilie maintains ties to the University of Alberta law school by volunteering with the moot program (mock trials).
In her spare time, Emilie enjoys spending time with her family and trying new recipes.
